The Challenge

A leading social media platform wanted to establish a formal feedback program with its creators in order to create ongoing opportunities for learning and improving their offerings and services. 

The Approach

We designed and facilitated a full-day training with global employees and supported them before, during, and after “feedback sessions” as part of their new internal “Voice of the Customer” initiative. 

The Results

Through an engaging and interactive training session, we empowered client employees globally with the most important research skills they needed to recruit and conduct one-on-one conversations with creators according to best practices. Then we stepped in at crucial points in their internal project process to provide our expertise—from consulting and writing discussion guides for their team members to analyzing transcripts and writing up reports from their creator “feedback sessions. From this work, the team has been able to optimize and introduce new offerings for its creators, improving affinity and loyalty for their platform.
