Using an online survey and advanced analytics to identify people's concerns and potential solutions.

The Challenge

A national retailer and pharmacy wanted to learn more about how people think about and leverage digital pharmacies. These insights would help inform their internal priorities and decisions and ultimately aid in driving greater consumer adoption of their digital pharmacy offering.

The Approach

We conducted a 20-minute online survey among over 2,000 consumers and performed advanced analyses including a MaxDiff and TURF to understand which combinations of benefits and features resonated most.

The Results

Our analysis identified a simple yet powerful story—that people are open and interested in digital pharmacy services, but in many cases, they may simply not be aware of what all those offerings are. Our deliverables highlighted key challenges and potential concerns people had around some of the more innovative aspects of the offering, and it offered specific messages and potential solutions that our client could use to address those concerns and encourage adoption.
